1. All of our online accreditations are non-refundable

Pre-Written Manual License Purchase

1. Once purchased and you have been sent out the AURA manual to use, your purchase will be non-refundable.

 Accreditation Important Terms & Conditions

​

If you are applying for AURA accreditation, please be aware of the following:​

​

1. Accreditation is non-refundable after approval.

2. We are covered by our own insurance partners and cannot guarantee insurance with any other insurance providers. 

3. Please do not apply for accreditation without viewing our list of insurance partners.

4. Accreditation is valid for the amount of time stated on certificate, This starts from the date of purchase.

5. Accreditation approval cost is for the course to be accredited, this is not the price per student

6. You can teach as many student's as you would like, there is not limit.

7. You will create your own student's certificate, we do not provide these. We do offer a student certificate example to make sure you include everything required.

 

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions 

 

If you choose our payment plan option then please be aware of the following:

1. The invoice is made via email on a direct debit.

2. These invoices may be paid automatically paid.

3. Your first payment on our payment plan is a non-refundable deposit.

4. You can be approved before your payment plan is paid off, however we will cancel your accreditation if the payment plan is not adhered to.

5. We will email you and remind you if a payment has been missed, if we do not get a response your accreditation will automatically put on hold until the payment has been made.

6. If your account has been put on hold, you will not be covered or compensated for the lost time.

7. If you are struggling with the weekly payments, please contact us to discuss and work out a solution that suit's you. ​

Manual E-files

1. Please note no design is included within our e files this is simply the text for a set price.

2. Once purchased all online files are non refundable due to the nature of the product

3. The Manual MUST NOT be shared to anyone, this is strictly AURA Approve intellectual property.
